Due to the corona virus, the government asks for limitation of social contacts as much as possible. We believe it is our responsibility to protect our members and our employees.

Fit this reason we have decided to close Gustav Gym, both locations, until further notice.

For now Gustav Gym will remain closed until the 20th of May, unless the government extends this closure. We will update you over email and via all our social media channels about any changes regarding the measures the Government will take.


As a Gustav Gym member we want to give you all the tools you need to stay fit. In our Virtuagym app you will find a wide range of workout videos and via our IGTV channel on Instagram you will find weekly updated live workout sessions.


For any changes regarding your membership there will be the same conditions as usual, which can be found in our terms and conditions.


We understand that there are questions about the membership, since you cannot use the facilities of Gustav. On the other side, it is crucial for our business that we do not lose you as a member. In these uncertain times we tried to find a suitable solution for the both of us. Let’s make it our story together. We have to support each other in times like these.
Therefore, we would like to offer you the following options:

1. GUSTAV GYM PREMIUM AMBASSADOR

Your membership costs remain the same. By doing this, you greatly support Gustav Gym.
To thank you for fully supporting us during these times we would like to offer you the following:

2. GUSTAV GYM SUPPORTER

Your monthly membership costs will become € 19,- as of the moment Gustav Gym was closed (16th of March), until the gym opens again. To thank you for supporting us during these times we would like to offer you the following:

  • XXL Nutrition voucher, worth € 10,-
  • Daily access to home workouts in the Gustav Gym app
  • Daily Home Workouts via our social media

Until the 1st of May 2020, Gustav Gym will not continue to collect any membership costs. After this period we will settle the amount you already paid since March 16 with the monthly “supporters fee” of € 19,-, if you choose this option.

Based on the current situation we will not freeze memberships. The usual terms and conditions apply.


Yes, it is still possible to cancel your membership. For this please consult our terms and conditions, as usual.


We are sad to hear that you want to cancel your membership! For cancellations, we still follow our usual terms and conditions and cancellation period.



Both clubs will be closed until the 20th of May. Please contact your physiotherapist and/or personal trainer personally on when to resume this.


We will extend the validity of these credits and you can schedule these when the clubs are open again.


We understand these credits have been accumulating and we therefore offer you various options for full compensation. All members will receive a personal email on this, please check your inbox!

It is not possible to reclaim your subscription costs or claim compensation during the period the gym is closed. The COVID-19 is a situation of force majeure, as a result of which the subscription costs cannot be claimed back and / or compensation can be claimed.
