Due to the corona virus, the government asks for limitation of social contacts as much as possible. We believe it is our responsibility to protect our members and our employees.
Fit this reason we have decided to close Gustav Gym, both locations, until further notice.
How long will Gustav Gym be closed?
For now Gustav Gym will remain closed until the 6th of April, unless the government extends this closure. We will update you over email and via all our social media channels about any changes regarding the measures the Government will take.
What can I do to stay in shape?
As a Gustav Gym member we want to give you all the tools you need to stay fit. We already offer free workouts in our apps. Futhermore, we added an extra option to our Virtuagym app, called “workout videos”, which gives you unlimited access to a whole lot more home workout videos.
Can I change my membership/upgrades due to the COVID-19 measures?
For any changes regarding your membership there will be the same conditions as usual, which can be found in our terms and conditions.
Will there be some sort of compensation due to the closing of Gustav Gym?
We are currently looking at the possibilities for a compensation to offer our members, we will inform you about this in the first week of April at latest.
Can I freeze my membership?
Based on the current situation we will not freeze memberships. The usual terms and conditions apply.
I just joined Gustav Gym, can I still cancel my membership?
Yes, it is still possible to cancel your membership. For this please consult our terms and conditions, as usual.
I want to cancel my membership. Can it be done with immediate effect or only at the end?
We are sad to hear that you want to cancel your membership! For cancellations, we still follow our usual terms and conditions and cancellation period.
Gustav Gym collected my membership fee while the clubs are closed, is this right?
Yes, this is correct. We are aware of the inconvenience for our members and therefore we are looking at possibilities to compensate. We will inform you about this in the first week of April at the latest.
I have appointments scheduled with my physiotherapist and/or personal trainer, what should I do?
Both clubs will be closed until the 6th of April. Please contact your physiotherapist and/or personal trainer personally on when to resume this.
I have personal training, bought as a package. What will happen with those credits?
We will extend the validity of these credits and you can schedule these when the clubs are open again.
I have personal training, in a membership form. What will happen with those credits/payments?
We understand these credits are now accumulating, and we are currently looking at the most suitable solution for this! We will inform you about it in the first week of April at latest.
I have a GUSTAV 12 membership, what will happen with this?
Also for this membership we are currently looking for a suitable solution, we will inform you about this in the first week of April at the latest.
